Faculty of Agriculture – Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University
Our Department of Animal Science consists of the following divisions: Animal Breeding and Genetics, Animal Nutrition and Feed Science, and Biometry and Genetics. Our primary goal is to provide contemporary and high-quality undergraduate and graduate education programs to train creative, entrepreneurial, and well-equipped animal scientists.
In addition to our educational mission, we carry out scientific research and projects at both national and international levels to address current issues and meet the expectations of the livestock sector. Through these efforts, we contribute to science and provide valuable knowledge to the industry.
As agriculture and animal husbandry gain increasing importance in today’s world, we, as the Department of Animal Science, are committed to equipping our students with the knowledge and skills they will need throughout their academic and professional careers.
